Lissylaine Reads

I've loved books and reading ever since I can remember and my great-grandmother read "Miss Suzy" to me over and over again. My tastes change over time, but tend toward paranormal romance, thrillers and mysteries, science fiction, some fantasy and urban fantasy, YA, and dystopia to name a few.

The Viral Epiphany

The Viral Epiphany - Richard McSheehy I found this book when searching for medical thrillers on Amazon. The premise sounded interesting, so I decided to give it a shot (independent author). I'd say it's more of a scientific thriller than medical, even though it involves a virus, or rather, retrovirus.

The pacing was pretty quick, and the story kept me on my toes as it shifted from one character to another. I thoroughly enjoyed it. All in all, if you like a good medical / scientific thriller, then you should give this independent author a read!
